The island of Nantucket is accessible only by boat or plane. Because of the proximity of the event to all local attractions, cars are not necessary. Transportation to the Island is available through ferry and airport service.

The conference sessions for the 2014 Nantucket Conference will be held at the Nantucket Yacht Club, a 10-15 minute walk, from both ferry terminals. Room blocks are available at the Jared Coffin House and White Elephant, both a 10-15 minute walk from the ferry terminals. Shuttle service from the ferry terminals will be available to the Jared Coffin House and White Elephant as well.
